SGX Consultation Paper on Introduction of New SGX Global Listing Board

 

This consultation paper seeks feedback on the listing rules for the proposed Global Listing Board. It outlines SGX Regulation’s (“SGX RegCo”) draft rulebook establishing a new board designed to facilitate dual listings of companies simultaneously on the Singapore Exchange and Nasdaq under a harmonised framework.

 

The CFA Society Singapore Advocacy Committee would like to submit a collective response if there are substantive comments from interested members. If you would like your identity to be kept confidential, please let us know in your response to us.
